Full-time position - Berlin or remote (European time-zones are ideal), €40k - €55k

💥 Your role

• You'll help millions of people get on top of their emotions!
• You'll create learning journeys on topics such as “Being more confident” or “Procrastinating less” (please take a look at our app)
  • You’ll research the best, science-based advice, group and structure it
  • You’ll write activities full of profound realizations ****that’ll make people think and act differently
  • You’ll analyse qualitative and quantitative user feedback and constantly improve your activities/journeys
• You'll come up with new, interactive, and fun ways of learning, such as content that dynamically adjusts to each person, new interactive patterns, etc. ****(working together with our product team)
• You’ll help interest potential Ahead members in our journeys by crafting compelling marketing messages ****(working together with our marketing team)

🧠 About you

• You’re human, aka you also sometimes struggle with emotions - you tend to e.g., worry, argue, or procrastinate and tried to change that. Thus, you can judge what tips are actually useful in real life
• You understand your audience and the language they speak**.** You are curious about people’s wants and needs. You maybe even worked as a coach before, helping people change behaviours
• You are great at researching and grouping vast collections of insights, finding overlap and common themes. You are analytical and want to structure and simplify wherever possible
• You are great at developing convincing, short storylines for single articles and across entire sequences of short articles
• You are great with words. You are an English language native (preferably with US background). You can write attention-grabbing, thought-provoking, humorous, and short articles that help people have profound, mind-changing realizations and actually do things differently
• You think digital. You know the opportunities and limits for behaviour change through apps
• You have 3+ years experience in writing content, maybe even in companies that also worked on mental fitness
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You want to be involved in content, product, and marketing and don’t shy away from expressing your opinion
• You want more than just another job - you want to help people grow!

🍒 Details

• €40,000 - 55,000 p.a., full time contract
• 25 paid vacation days (PTO) per year
• Remote work possible: If you want to work from anywhere else but our Berlin office, we are down (large parts of the team are already working remote)
