Ahead is the Apple Design Award-winning app helping millions of users master emotional intelligence—think Duolingo, but for your emotions. Grounded in behavioral science and loved for our playful, practical approach, we’re building the go-to mental fitness app for the next generation.
Now, we're looking for a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to scale subscription apps across Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You'll lead creative testing, optimize funnels, unlock new channels—and stay close to the tools and the data.
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Run and scale (Web2)App campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, with active subscribers as your north star.
- Open new channels as performance potential emerges—set up, test, scale.
- Lead creative testing across ad networks, working with both our in-house design team and external creative partners.
- Collaborate with product, design, and dev to test and optimize mobile paywalls and web flows.
- Partner with our Influencer Marketing team to help creator content convert—via whitelisted ads and UGC-based campaigns.
- Stay hands-on with tools: set up and QA campaigns, track events correctly, and work closely with devs and analytics to ensure accurate data.
- Use MMPs (Singular) and Mixpanel to monitor performance, spot opportunities, and prioritize experiments.
- Regularly share insights, learnings, and test results with the broader team to inform growth strategy.
🧠 What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile subscription apps. This is non-negotiable—you’ve done it before and you’ve scaled it.
- Proven success managing €500K+/month in paid social budgets (Meta is a must; TikTok, YouTube and AppLovin are strong bonuses).
- Deep knowledge of event tracking—you understand how conversion events are structured and passed into ad platforms, and you can troubleshoot when numbers look off.
- Experience with creative performance across different media: UGC, motion, statics, and long-form. You know what works and how to brief accordingly.
