As a Performance Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing high-performing creative assets for social media platforms, directly contributing to our growth and helping users become their best selves.
💥 Your Role
- Creative Asset Development: Design scroll-stopping, performance-focused creatives for paid social channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You'll refresh our creative assets bi-weekly to ensure high engagement and conversion rates.
- Innovation in Advertising: Experiment with new ad formats (in-stream videos, instant experiences, 360 videos, etc.) to continuously improve our ad performance. Your creativity will be key in exploring narrative concepts and performance drivers.
- Enhancing User Experience: Elevate the user journey by designing engaging surveys, captivating landing pages, and compelling checkout experiences. Your work will breathe life into the entire client lifecycle.
- Data-Driven Design: Utilize your analytical skills to create hypotheses, conduct tests, and analyze results, ensuring all designs are optimized for performance.
🧠 About You
- Creative and Analytical: You're at the top of your class in the final year of your BSc/MSc, with a passion for new media and product design. Your portfolio showcases your ability to bring ideas to life and you're adept at using design tools like Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
- Performance Marketing Expert: You have a proven track record of creating engaging DTC paid social content. You understand how to balance creative ambition with regulatory and brand guidelines, driving performance without compromising integrity.
