💥 Your Role
- End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design of intuitive, visually captivating interfaces and user flows for our mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience.
- Prototyping and Animation: Utilize Figma and Lottie to bring app interactions and animations to life, creating smooth, engaging experiences that captivate users and enhance functionality.
- Illustrations and Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling illustrations and graphics that resonate with our brand ethos, making emotional intelligence engaging and accessible.
- User-Centered UX Design: Conduct user research, develop personas, and create wireframes, focusing on an empathetic, user-centered design approach that aligns with our mission to support personal growth.
- Continuous Improvement: Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance data, always seeking to optimize for user satisfaction and ease of use.
🧠 About You
- Experienced Product Designer: You have a solid background in native mobile app design, with a portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in UI/UX design, Figma, Lottie animation, and mobile-focused illustration.
- Analytical and User-Focused: You’re skilled in data-driven design and have an intuitive understanding of user behavior, allowing you to design interfaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
- Collaborative and Adaptable: You excel in a fast-paced, remote-first culture, showcasing strong communication and collaboration skills, and can adapt designs based on feedback and testing insights.
