We’re offering a purpose-driven marketing internship based in Berlin (remote optional), where you’ll work alongside experienced founders and a high-performing creative team to produce content that helps people grow into the best version of themselves.
You’ll create real content, run experiments, and manage your own organic social media accounts — building hands-on experience that directly impacts our audience and gives you a portfolio you can be proud of.
💥 Your Role
- Create, edit, and publish short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
- Produce UGC-style videos for both organic content and paid advertising, from concept to final edit
- Manage and grow your own assigned organic social media accounts, planning content calendars and testing creative ideas
- Develop hooks, scripts, and visual concepts optimized for performance and retention
- Analyze engagement and performance metrics to continuously improve content quality and results
- Research trends, competitors, and high-performing formats, and translate insights into actionable content ideas
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and performance teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and creative direction
🧠About You
- You have an interest in content creation or social platforms and are eager to gain hands-on experience
- You’re comfortable being on camera or producing UGC-style content behind the scenes
- You have hands-on experience editing short-form video using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
- You understand how content performs on different platforms — hooks, pacing, trends, and storytelling
- You’re curious about performance and motivated to improve results using data and feedback
- You take initiative, experiment often, and enjoy owning projects end-to-end
- You’re excited about doing meaningful work and growing as a creator — not just completing tasks
